Carolyn
Sports Therapy U.K/VCTC
Carolyn is passionate about delivering mobility and strength for all. She aims to return patients to fitness whilst discovering how and why injuries have occurred in the first place. Teaching good posture as a foundation alongside conditioning programmes and general activity advice, Carolyn has worked with patients from school-age to seniors. She has experience with professional athletes across multiple disciplines including dancers, runners, footballers and bodybuilders to everyday fitness enthusiasts, but never forgets those who develop aches and pains just getting on with their daily lives.
Carolyn actively participates in weightlifting and gym work and is a keen skier but says she is pretty dire at every other sport.

What our clients say...
Friendly and professional
I was suffering from severe sciatica and was recommended to KB Sports Therapy by a friend. After only 2 sessions I was back to normal with an exercise programme to help with my symptoms. I was amazed after how much pain I had been suffering previously. I would highly recommend.
Matthew, runner
Helpful and supportive
Without the help of Kim I really don’t think I would have got through all of my marathon training and the actual day without some serious pain and problems. After my two hour run I had issues with my knee and ITB and Kim knew exactly what the problem was and how to treat it as well as giving me further advice.
Emily, runner
