What is stretch therapy?

These sessions fully integrate techniques on functional anatomy to treat active bodies with long term results

A single full body stretch therapy session is 60 minutes and is personally tailored to you including but not limited to:

    • Assisted full- body stretching

    • Mobility sessions

    • Assisted movement-based stretching

    • Pain prevention and elimination

    • Recovery and pre-covery

    • Rehab and pre-hab

    • Range of movement

This method of treatment is not suitable for all injuries, disabilities and diagnoses. We do have a weight limit and are unfortunately unable to treat obese clients. Please reach out in advance to ensure this is suitable for you or if you have any questions prior to booking. 

This treatment method is endorsed, backed and accredited by the only chartered body in the UK for sport and fitness. The course/treatment is internationally recognised, double endorsed by the YMCA awards and the Chartered institute for the management of sport and physical activity (CIMSPA).
